Review Board 3.0.18 is released

Hi everyone,

We released Review Board 3.0.18 earlier today. It contains compatibility fixes for several types of repositories and hosting services, performance improvements, usability improvements, and many bug fixes.

Some highlights include:

• Added support for Personal Access Tokens when linking GitHub accounts
• Added helpful instructions for when posting existing commits on GitLab fails for private repositories
• Improved the speed of SSH-based communication
  
• Fixed a wrapping issue in the diff viewer with long, unbreakable lines
• Fixed NIS authentication
• Fixed edge cases with Perforce, Subversion, and other areas of the product leading to crashes or confusing behavior.
