Bug in review-requests list API when filtering by an inactive user

Hi all,

I'm having an issue with the review-requests list api. I'm attempting to list all the review requests made by an inactive user:

http://rbserver/api/review-requests/?from-user=someuser&status=pending

This works fine if the user is active, but if the user is inactive it will always return 0 results. I'm having to activate the user before getting the request and deactivating them after.

Is this a known issue?
