Hello guys. I have a very strange problem. I recently moved to Poland and started using the internet from a local provider.

The problem is that when I try to use rbt post while connected to this provider, the speed seems to decrease by 1000 times, and a commit of one line of code can take about an hour to upload. This problem is only with this provider, and I have absolutely no idea why. Any ideas on such case?

Ilia,

I've certainly never seen anything like this.

It may help to run with `--debug` and watch the requests as they're made. You can then follow up with the ISP to see if they have some kind of filtering which is impacting certain types of requests.
