Hi,

first time reviewboard user so forgive my noobishness.
I need to get an rb server running with some data we were given from another project

the .dump was made with rbsite ver 3.0.14

would i have to try an rebuild a working server of that version or can the old .dump be imported into 3.0.18

Thanks

Phil,

It's fine to load the database dump when running the latest release, but before actually using the app, you'll need to run the upgrade procedure:

Was the database dump done with mysqldump (or equivalent) or was it actually 'rb-site manage dumpdb'? If it's the former, you can probably drop the db entirely. If the latter, I'd say start with a new db as created by rb-site install, and then do the loaddb.
