Hi,

We are using ReviewBoard 2.5.2 version.

for authentication we have moved from Standard to LDAP, Post LDAP integration we are not able to see review request raised by inactive (Users who left the company) ids. Please suggest how can we retrieve the data as previous.

Thanks

Are those review requests still open? If so, a review board admin should be able to change the owner of those review reviews to a current user to finish them. The dashboard counts may need to be reset afterwards.

Also FYI 2.5.2 is ancient and I hope that you consider upgrading.

Terry

Thanks Terry, All requests are closed (Request raised by Standard users which are not part of LDAP) but current project users want to refer to it for their ongoing activities.

Is there any way to restore the lost items after the authentication change from Standard to LDAP?

Regards,
Akhil Sharma

Hi Akhil,

That's the expected behavior in 2.5.2. We've fixed that in newer versions, so you will need to upgrade, or re-activate those users if you want to stay on 2.5.x.

Hi Christian,

Thanks for the information, Could you please suggest the procedure of up-gradation as we are on RHEL6 right now, just wanted the same data to be migrated on RHEL8 with the latest configuration.

Thanks & Regards,
Akhil Sharma
