How to disassociate a User with an Authorization Group?

Hi,

my reviewboard site is set up with "Standard Registration". I have set up an Authentication Group to grant some admin privs to team_leads. I can associate users with this group, but I have not found a way to disassociated them using the "User Page".

Selecting the greyed group and pressing 'Save" does not toggle membership.

Windows 10, Chrome, reviewboard 5.0.3. (same on 3.0.3).
