Hi Kapat,
Can you open the browser’s JavaScript console and reload the page, see if any errors appear there? This looks like an issue client-side.
What version of Review Board are you using? Is this a new install?

Hi Christian,
I have upgraded RB from 3.0.3 to 3.0.28 then to 4.0.9 and now to 4.0.10.
Console chrome is showing me such errors (example.com-1659085934587.log)
when I remove pysvn == 1.0.0 from my system, I noticed the following exception in the logs. (pysvn.log)

The subversion error seems to be pointing to some communication problem with the Subversion repository. Subversion isn't saying what that problem is.
Can you verify that the SSH key configured in Review Board (admin UI -> SSH) is authorized for that user on the system? Can you use that key to perform a checkout with that SSH URL?
