ReviewBot: Not able to get tool options set in the UI

We use Review Bot 1.0. We are developing a reviewbot tool which has the class variable - options, defined. We provide an input to one of the option variable in the UI and trying to access its value in the tool code. But, we don't see it in tool_options dict variable. 

Could you please help us on this?
