After enabling sso, looks like anyone in our organization is able to create an account using their email address, how can we restrict that in review board ,though the self subscribe option is disabled.

Hi,

For now, the only way to prevent user creation with SSO is through rules on your IdP side about who is allowed to log in to the application.

In the upcoming 7.1 release, there will be a toggle to disable automatic provision when using SSO, but that will require you to manually create user accounts for any users who you want to have access to Review Board.
