A note about "Testing Done"

I'm seeing a lot of review requests that just say something along the lines of "manual testing on local server" for the "Testing Done" section. Unfortunately, "manual testing" doesn't communicate much information. I'd like to see a lot less of that and more specific examples of the things you did and the results you saw.

A well-filled testing done section will give us reviewers a lot more confidence in your implementation and will get your code pushed sooner.
