 - Restructured the Review Bot architecture, added features and a little more polish. (now at /r/3042/)

- need a ship-it on /r/3033/, unless there are further reviews

- need someone to take a look at /r/2966/ and figure out what went wrong...I refactored the code but it is currently broken, not sure why

- looking into a bug with typeahead reviewers, a bug that I opened in the beginning of term and never really get a chance to fix http://code.google.com/p/reviewboard/issues/detail?id=2459

 - Hopefully finish /r/2966/ and fixed the bug that I discovered
