Hey everyone,

We thought we'd try something a little new this semester. Since you've all worked so hard on your projects, and may have been too busy to really get to try out your fellow students' new features, we thought it might be fun to get together in a Google Hangout and show off what you've all worked on.

This is completely optional. You don't have to attend, and you don't have to present. If you do present, it doesn't even have to be long. None of this is part of your grade. So no pressure :)

I don't want people to have to worry about this during their finals, but I'm honestly not sure when everyone is finished. I thought we could shoot for some time this Saturday, or next, depending on what works for all of you.

You'll need a way to share your screen. Steven MacLeod did this for a Review Bot demonstration several months ago, and can probably share some tips.

Let me know if you're interested, and whether you want to present. I'd love a head count and to know when works for everyone.

Thanks, and great job this semester!

Christian

Hey,

This sounds awesome. I would love to demo and see what other people worked on. It got pretty tricky to keep up-to-date with everyone's progress as the term progressed.

Any time during the upcoming Saturday (or the one after) works fine with me.

Hello all:

Sounds like a fantastic idea; I would love to see a walk-through of others' projects and ask them to explain the implementation / gotchas they ran into.

I have a final on Friday, and then overtime for work on this Saturday - but if it's at night, I should be able to stitch together some screenshots and talk about using hooks.

Cheers,
Sampson

I'm in. Sign me up. A weekend day during the day is feasible.

Excellent idea! Although I haven't much to show but I would love to see everyone else's work!
I might have to bail if it's this Saturday due to exams but what about the post-mortem weekend?

Hey all! Yeah that's a great idea. This Saturday is kinda icky for me too because of exams. To echo Tina, the post-mortem week would be better.

Cheers,

Allyshia

Hey all!

I really like this idea. Post-mortem weekend works the best for me. I've got finals this weekend.

I'd love to be a part of this too! This weekend or post-mortem weekend works for me.
