Invalid diff files don't produce error message

What version are you running?

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Upload an invalid diff file using the "Select" button.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected to see an error message like in previous versions of Review Board. Instead, the "Select" button disappears, but there is no error message or page displayed to the user. In previous versions of Review Board (5.x and earlier), an error message was displayed and the user was given information about the error.
