What version are you running?


5.0.1


What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?


    

  1. after fixed the issue, the number opened return to 0
    2. 

  2. in the admin page, http://shreview02/admin/db/reviews/reviewrequest/648/change/, the open issue count is 1, which id difference with the number in http://shreview02/r/648/
    3. 

  3. in our svn hook which check the issue opened count, it's not 0, so the commit is rejected
    4. 



What is the expected output? What do you see instead?


the number of open issue count should be the same, not one is 0 and another is 1


What operating system are you using? What browser?


ubuntu 20.04 with reviewboard server, access the page with chrome browser

For Beanbag, Inc. ▸ Review Board ▸ Ticket #5038 

5.0.1 is quite old, and we have fixed some counter bugs since then.


For now, you can use "rb-site manage /path/to/sitedir reset-issue-counts <review-request-id>" to reset the counters.


If this still reproduces on 7.0.x, please let us know.
