I have a complete Linux installer script. Unfortunately I am lost regarding an installer script for
Windows. Is there anyway of Installing an application using CMD?

CMD based installers - while possible - are quite uncommon due to the
lack of commandline based decoding tools on windows platforms. The
standard way would be to create an MSI using WiX (http://
wix.codeplex.com/). Alternatively one create an exe - I've used NSIS
in the past (http://nsis.sourceforge.net).
