GSoC'11 idea: post-review improvements

Hello, developers!
I am Alexander and I am wondering if I can do post-review system
improvements during GSoC'11? I didn't find it among your ideas list.
I've been starting to use RB during the previous GSoC when was working
on FreedroidRPG project and I liked it though I don't really like GUI-
s. In the same time I've knew about post-review tools, but
unfortunately it didn't expose all RB potential. So if you are ok with
this project my upcoming proposal will be about making post-review a
complete CLI for the Review Board.
