Help installing GNU Diff for Windows? (for RBTools)

I went to the site provided by reviewboard: http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/diffutils.htm and ran both the complete package and source setups, installing to C:\Program Files\GnuWin32, the default directory given. 

However, when running "rbt post -o", I get the error message "GNU diff is required in order to generate diffs. Make sure it is installed and in the path. On Windows, you can install this from :http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/diffutils.htm"

Did I miss a step in installing it? Do I need to add it to the PATH environment variable?

I solved it by adding "C:\Program Files\GnuWin32\bin" to PATH. Is this the correct method? Now i'm getting "Unable to find a review board server for this source code tree," but I don't think that's GNU diff's problem.

Yes, that's the correct method.

For the other problem, you should create a .reviewboardrc in the root of your repository. You can either do this by hand (specifying the REVIEWBOARD_URL and REPOSITORY keys), or by running 'rbt setup-repo'
