Cannot be empty / blank review field

Hi,

I want to add an extra field, which must be filled or you cannot submit the review.

I used ReviewRequestFieldsHook, with 'info' for a field. However it added an extra field, I can submit the review. I also set the is_required attribute, but it only added an extra start next to the field.

Is there any way for do this?
