New release: Review Board 7.0.2: A New Administrator Experience

We've released Review Board 7.0.2, a new feature and bug fix release featuring:

* An all-new administrative experience for performing code reviews

* Stronger compatibility for multi-commit review and binary files in Mercurial

* E-mail fixes for better DMARC DNS record support

* Improvements throughout the review request UI
