UNDP Viet Nam is seeking for a qualified National firm to conduct capacity building for site survey supply chain with data requirements for offshore wind activities in Vietnam.

The primary objective of this assignment is to conduct a capacity building to support stakeholders with understanding the requirements of data and supply chain for data acquisition and the relation of data to offshore wind activities. This particularly includes measures for equitable benefits across stakeholders, marine spatial planning, and supply chain to support the development of OSW.

Duration: 5 months from October 2025 to February 2026
