First Monthly Meeting of Revert Support Network of South East Michigan

1) Purpose: The Revert Support Network of South East Michigan was
formed in order to serve the Muslim community of South East Michigan.
The focus of the group is to help new reverts to Islam integrate into
the larger muslim community and help them with their material and
spiritual needs and serve as a resource hub for the community of
reverts and the wider muslim community.

2) Agenda for First Meeting
a. Statement of Meeting Purpose and Introduction by Br. Jason
b. Group introductions
i. Each participant is encouraged but not required to briefly
introduce themselves and a background of their process of reversion to
Islam.
c. Group discussion
i. Focus and agenda of next meeting. Next steps to strengthen the
effectiveness of the group. The top 5 mistakes made by new reverts.
d. Next meeting time and location.
