aRevelation - revelation password manager for android

Hello!

I used to use revelation password manager by synchronizing with Dropbox. And I was really upset when I found out that there is no Android App to open this file format. So, I decided to start developing. Now I have a prototype of the App. It can open regular fileformat.

If someone find it useful - I will continue of developing.

Oh, great!

apk could be found here.

Now it can only read file of default Revelation format and it has a lot of bugs.

I have tried but does not seems to work: try to open the password file but the screen remains black.

Well, it is predictable - I have only my Jiayu G3 (Android 4.0.3) to test the application.

Can you tell me your version of android?

I will test it in virtual device.

I tested the program on 4.3 virtual device and I didn't find problems of file opening.

There are several ways you could help me to fix this issue:

1) You can create an example file with some example entries and send it. I will use it for testing.
2) It will be great if you describe the bug in detail.
3) If it is desing issue, the model of the your device will help.

Hi Alexey,

as we previously speak on the LinkedIn, I would like to contribute to this project, as I'm active user of the Revelation password manager. As you know, I've already contributed with some minor changes into the project. But at the moment, I'm working on the huge reimplementation of the current app. I would like to introduce separate activities for the password file and for entries. This will allows in the future editing and inserting new entries into the file. Next step that I want to add is posibility to link the app with the dropbox and enable user to choose file directly from that location.

In the current state, I'm making changes on my own fork of the project, but maybe in the future (if you will like my contribution:)) I can participate directly on your repository. At the end of the week, I would like to propose you some changes throught pull request.
