Newest version of android opperating system and Reveal Reader

I just go a new phone the Samsung Galaxy Note 2. I was moving all my apps overs along with Reveal. I tried to update Reveal from my sd card from my older phone and it didn't work. I then tried to figure out why. Come to find out the newest version of the opperating system for the Android, at least on my phone, won't let me move the app to the sd card. I think that is my problem. I have talk to a couple of service reps and gone into the store and got the same answer. So I am assuming I'm not the only person in this boat or wont be at least in the near future. I have used reveal a lot and love it. I have a lot of quotes from general authorities, etc that I would like to transfer over. I don't know if there is a solution. I think since it has 16G of internal memory they don't allow apps to be moved to the sd card. Either way I am hoping there is a solution. It like losing a set of scriptures. Thanks for any help.

First of all, I also have the Note 2, and the easiest thing to do is have the app on the main storage and then just set your eBook folder to be on your extSdCard folder, which is your actual external SD card.  Hope that helps.

ALSO...Have you noticed that images in your eBooks don't seem to work?  I just a see a blue "?" where the image should be, which stinks as embedded images were one of the last things that Reveal still had over many of the other readers.

Have you noticed that too or is it just me?  Maybe there's a fix for that?

Can you give me a couple of books that aren't showing images?  Trying to duplicate the problem.

My eBook directory is set as: /storage/extSdCard/revealBooks/ebooks/

Examples of books with images that aren't working are:
Gospel Art Picture Kit
Any of the "Teachings of..." books
And any other book I've been able to find that contains embedded images
