Hi all,

I am new to using the convenience R package, and I need some help loading in my tree file to analyze tree convergence. I am working with beast2 output, and have both my tree and log outputs in the same directory. However, when I run the checkConvergence command, with the format specified as beast, i get the following error returned:
Error in start:end : NA/NaN argument

Has anyone had similar issues when trying to load in their tree files? Is there any additional pre-processing I need to do prior to running this function? The tree and log file are straight from my beast output files.

I appreciate any help,
Zade
