Hi everyone,

I am having  an issue while running an MCMC analysis for the BM tutorial.

https://revbayes.github.io/tutorials/cont_traits/simple_bm.html

Drawing new initial states ...  Could not compute lnProb for node 'X': lnProb = -nan Continuous character matrix with 32 taxa and 22183 ch

I am working with a continuous character RNA- SEQ count matrix consisting of 32 taxa and 22183 characters.

I checked that the input data are in the correct format and appear to be read properly by RevBayes.

I already tried it on another dataset (84 taxa, 20710 characters) and the code seemed to work without me changing anything (I kept the same sigma prior range).

I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions from the community.

best,
