R script to plot stochastic character map, post HiSSE?

Hello! I would like to use RevGadgets to visualize the stochastic character map after having run an HiSSE analysis. The script is mentioned in the HiSSE tutorial ( plot_simmap_HiSSE.R) but I am not finding the file anywhere. The script is not included in the tutorial, as far as I can tell (and is not in the BiSSE/MuSSE tutorial) and doesn't seem to be in the RevGadgets documentation either. 

Also, in the HiSSE tutorial, to summarize parameter estimates, under "plot the rates" use plotHiSSE, not plotMuSSE as indicated in the tutorial.
