Hello everyone,

I am new to RevBayes I have been able to calibrate a time tree by setting ages to particular nodes of the trees.

Is there a way to calibrate the molecular clock by specifying a "known" substitution rate to a partition, or to one or more partitions simultaneously, under a relaxed clock?

I have been following this tutorial (https://revbayes.github.io/tutorials/timefig_dating/) but the clock rates here are relative among partitions, not relative to absolute time.

If anyone can point me to a tutorial or an example file, I would be very grateful.

Best regards,
Ivan
