Hi there,

I am using RevGadgets for visualization of the result of a lineage-specific diversification analysis. One problem met as : Warning messages:

1: In max(vapply(x, length, numeric(1))) :
no non-missing arguments to max; returning -Inf
2: In .parseTreeString(tree_strings[i]) : No index found in tree file.
This file may not work with downstream plotting functions.
