Revbayes terminal not executing script from RevStudio on Windows

Hi everyone,

I am having an issue with the revbayes terminal as it remains blank when I am running code through RevStudio (version 1.3.0). It was working previously so I am unsure what I have done wrong. I noticed it when I tried to set the MCMC running and nothing was happening in the revbayes terminal window.

I have reinstalled RevBayes on the Windows computer and the rb.exe appears to work fine but still when I try run the script in RevStudio, which appears to be accepting the script fine, the revbayes terminal remains blank and I cannot run the MCMC.

Any help or hints would be much appreciated!

Just to update here as well. It turned out that I had a typo when reading in some stratified matrices and when I went through the code slowly I found the issue.
