Q matrix definition issue

Hello,

I am following the tutorial for the DEC analysis step by step (without any modification) and at the stage of defining the Q matrix, I am facing the following issue:

> q := fnFreeK(er, bf)

   Error: Argument or label mismatch for function call 'fnFreeK' with arguments ( Simplex<deterministic>, Simplex<constant> ).

   Correct usage is:

   fnFreeK (RealPos[][]|RealPos[]<any> transition_rates)

Has anyone already spotted this? What might be wrong here?

Thanks for raising this issue. I updated the biogeography tutorial/scripts to fix your error: https://github.com/revbayes/revbayes_tutorial/raw/master/tutorial_TeX/RB_Biogeography_Tutorial/RB_Biogeography_Tutorial.pdf

We recently simplified the parameterization for the rate matrix function `fnFreeK` so it no longer required the stationaryFrequencies parameter (`bf`), but the biogeography tutorial/scripts did not reflect these changes.

More additions to that tutorial to come over the next few months!
