I don’t know if such a material and power-intensive solution will be sustainable in our city, but we have to try everything, so I too was happy to see the “car lifts” in Forum Mall.

But WHY must the press immediately take every initiative to its logical and irrational conclusion to get an attention-grabbing headline (“Bangalore roads with no cars parked on them”? )  Such extremes, we all know, are not feasible.... It just trivializes the issue and makes for cheap journalism.
