Rev T and the EBOLA Crisis

Dear Friends & Supporters of Rev Themi,

So many of you have contacted me over the last few days expressing concern for Fr Themi.

So, I just got off the phone with Rev T and he wanted me to share with you all that even though the EBOLA Epidemic is a real threat to lives, he himself, and all within our his mission are so far safe and sound.

The epidemic, is mainly in the north and central part of Sierra Leone and has yet to infiltrate where he and our missions are situated.

Every possible precaution has been taken and he and his people are safe.

As for our volunteers.

One of our supporters, will be leaving soon (Ioanna, from Melbourne, AU), 

another is staying for the time being (Eleni, from Brisbane, AU)

Eric the builder ( Providence, USA) arrives in Freetown this Sunday,

and Mary (Melbourne, AU) left 3 weeks ago.

None left because of the virus, but as was their schedule.

Fr Themi was seriously thinking of cancelling his return (this coming Monday), and remain to keep an eye on things, but it was decided that if he did not return and fund raise, there would be no mission to return due to finances. At this point in time we have sent all funds to Fr Themi to help with his precautions and $600 left in our bank account.

I encourage everyone to Pray for Fr Themi & his people:

And finally, I ask all supporters to consider joining one of our donation systems for $20 a month.

You would be surprised how much $20 a month can do in a nation like Sierra Leone, especially in the hand as someone like Fr Themi.
