Bike/hike/run tomorrow

Britt and I are biking the CCT tomorrow (Wednesday)starting at Wakefield at 9am for two hours or so. My wife Diane is joining us around 1130 and we are hiking up old rag and jogging down the backside.

Drop me a line if you are in for some or all.

Don't forget the Diet Saturday following Christmas in Front Royal!
