Getting the gang back together

Hi everyone.  Just wanted to see what the interest is is for volunteering for either of out upcoming events on March 9 and April 6.  It will be fun day at Willowsford as we put on a trail run and mountain bike race.  If you are interested in helping, please shoot me an email and I'll follow up next week with the volunteer schedule. We are looking for help with registration, course marshaling, sweeping, and break down. You will get discounts off races, t-shirt and free food and beer. What more could you ask for?

Thanks everyone for lending a hand on Saturday. I know some of you can not make it out, but I am sending this back out to the list.  I have attached the tentative schedule with volunteer allocations. It is flexible, so we can shift people around as necessary. Looks like it will probably be pretty muddy out there so make sure you wear some good shoes/boots and warn clothes for the early part of the day.  We will have coffee, water and snacks for you guys throughout the day.

We will be having a volunteer meeting at 8am somewhere near the race start. I have also attached the most recent racer communication that includes directions.

Once again you all came through and helped put on an excellent event. Mike and I can not thank you all enough. As we grow the race schedule and organization we want to be able to recognize our volunteers and the core crew who come back again and again to lend a hand. Be on the look out for some gift cards and other swag for future events.   We could not do it without you. Our next races we will be looking to modify our volunteer schedule so the folks do not have to commit so much time and we can make the day a little more fun and less work.

If you have any feedback, please let me know..We heard some good ideas for you all on Saturday and will looking to implement them in future race.
