Spring Thaw at Fountainhead - Volunteer Coordination

Thanks to everyone who is coming out to help this weekend at Fountainhead. There is a potential that the event will be postponed if the trails are too wet to ride. With rain in the forecast on Friday we will not be able to make the call until later in the week. I will send an update on Friday once we see what happens with the weather. I have attached
the race day schedule and outlined a high level summary below. When you
arrive check in at the registration tent and we will hook you up
with a volunteer shirt. Let me know if you have any question. You can
contact me via email or on my cell at 703-828-5990.
If you can show up 30 minutes before your allocated time, we can make
sure we get you set up and out to the correct locations.
If you are not on the list and are available to volunteer, let me know and we can put you to work :) If you are on this list and can not make it, let me know also. If you want to be taken off the volunteer coordination list, let me know that too.

Hello everyone. I am not sure who is and who is not available for Fountainhead this weekend so I am using the schedule from the postponed event. Just let me know if you are still able to make it or not. The event day is on SUNDAY April 26th. I have tweaked out the schedule slightly and tasks are below. Really appreciate everyone help and hopefully it will be a nice day at the park.

It looks like we may have rain tomorrow. The plan is to go ahead with the trail run rain or shine. We will make the call on if the mountain bike race will go ahead by 8am. It maybe an early day for all of us. Bring your rain gear and Galoshes.
