RFP Example for expanded reuse system

Hi, I work for The Repurpose Project, a creative reuse center here in Gainesville, FL and we are looking to expand and need a bigger space because of the large amount of items that are donated to our current store. Our mission is to divert usable materials from the landfill and we accept and sell a variety of items from school/office supplies, fabric, tools, wood, hardware, lamps, furniture, electronics and more. Our ask to the county is for them to fund the rent at a strip mall location to allow for more space to sell these items in a convenient way.

Do you know of any RFP's that are out there that show this model? Are there nonprofits, like us, that asked their city or county government to help pay the rent for an expanded reuse system that we could model? We want to find examples that we can lead the county staff towards? This could be municipal expanded reuse system model RFPs.

Any help or direction would be appreciated.
