Invitation to join the ReuseConex 2014 General Planning Cmt

Hi All,

As you know we have announced a date and place for ReuseConex 2014, International Reuse Conference & Expo, on October 23-25, 2014 at the Holiday Inn Midtown, in Austin Texas. As such, we will be activating our General Planning Committee once again to develop and implement the event.

Reuse Alliance welcomes everyone to join the ReuseConex 2014 General Planning Committee. Committee members can be past planning committee members, current/former Reuse Alliance members and/or other interested parties. Please join our efforts to make ReuseConex 2014 a dynamic and worthwhile event!

The role of the General Planning Committee is to:

• be a source to recruit topic-specific sub-committee members (i.e. logistics, marketing, programming, sponsorships, and special events),
  
• act as a sounding board for event planning (theme, agenda, special events, etc)
  
• assist with getting the word out.

 In terms of commitment - we ask that you:

• attend our monthly meetings (approximately one hour via conference call until October 2014),
• join one (or more) sub-committee, and
  
• help us spreading the word through your work and/or social networks.
  

If you would like to join the ReuseConex 2014 General Planning Committee - simply reply to me (not "reply all") and I will add you to the distribution list. We will then send out an email to schedule an ongoing monthly meeting date.
