Release Notes:
Version 4.0.9 released to production on 12/23/09
Summary of updates:

The following list identifies the functionality included in this
release:
- TRAC #99: Incorrect handling of METADATA-VALIDATION_EXTERNAL_TYPE.
No changes made. After additional investigation no requirements could
be agreed on for this bug.
- TRAC #95: Ambiguous Error Message for TODAY search criteria. Added
the value of TODAY when any error is found in the results.
- Enhancement: Send email to the compl...@rets.org mailbox when a
RETS Compliance Test results in a SYSTEM FAILURE status. Include the
contact name and the Test ID. The front end will display a message on
the report page that explains that this email has been sent if a test
ends in SYSTEM FAILURE.
