Date/Time testing and Daylight Savings

Ran into an issue with one of our customers where we deliver open house data via RETS. We are making adjustments to the time value to be GMT. For the east coast, this would be GMT - 5 at the moment. However, come Sunday, it is GMT - 4.

Is the compliance tool checking time calculations and conversions? If not, was there any thought to?

Have any client application providers run into this issue?
