I just tried to run a job with a phloroglucinol derivative as the end product. I used a max steps of 5, but the job failed. Any suggestions?

Hi Katie,

Hmm I'm not sure.  When you say it failed, what exactly happened?  Did pathway explorer fail to launch, or did it just not provide any sensible pathways?  If youre able to send me a example SMILES string for your target I can investigate further.
