Hi,

This is a prototype 256K ROM / 1M RAM Board for my 68000 Modular Computer System

It is working fine, but I want to replace the discrete logic with a gal before going to PCB

Would you share the schematic? I noticed you are using a x16 ROM and I would like to learn how to use it.

Hi,

Thought I would share my new PCB with you

Got PCB back from China yesterday - assembled and tested - working fine

2MB RAM + 512K ROM (256K + 256K) jumper selectable high/low half of 512K ROM

Upgrade for my 68HC000 system - ready for CP/M-68K now - RAM at 0x000000 with vectors overlay at boot
