This forum is a socialist democracy not an anarchy nor a dictatorship. Please feel free to post whatever you like that fits within the available categories. If there is a category you would like added, changed or deleted please feel free to suggest. If you would like to contribute to setting these up I can change you to an "owner". Once things have settled down I will assign regular user roles. The name I picked: "retro-comp" was something I didn't put much thought into and can certainly be changed as long as it is not: "groupy mcgroup face"

However any topics that are not relevant (like politics) , controversial or abusive will be moderated, deleted or result in banning of the user.

For example:
  • topics that are too far away from the theme of the group will be moderated.  "How do I install Microsoft Windows on my Mac..." will result in a mild warning and a lock of the thread. However, please feel free to discuss if you think topics like this are OK.
  • any discussions of politics. religion or otherwise controversial subjects will be deleted immediately
  • profanity will be edited with a warning, continued use will result read-only access (consider this probation). Assume that young students may be on this forum.
  • spam, abusive or anti-social behaviour, racist remarks, misogyny, bullying, discrimination of any type will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate ban
