Does anyone know of a debugger with the ability to do breakpoint on memory address access?

I assume it may need a hardware assist or be within a software-based Z80/8080-CP/M emulator.

I would like to be able to debug a program when it makes reads from certain selected memory locations.

Cheers
Richard

Soft Advances DSD80 (DSDZ) under CP/M-80 has that feature.

It can interpret instructions and can switch to full speed at (say) CALL 5. Break on out-of-range
access, bad stack access, etc.

Oshonsoft probably does breakpoints, but I dont know if it is a CPM emulator.

Otherwise I think Z80emu might do it, at least Im pretty sure it can run CPM: http://www.shaels.net/index.php/z80emu
