[H/W] Looking for a peculiar barrier block.

Hello, a hardware question to experts.

I have been looking for a barrier block (or distribution block) in the photo. Probably a German or Swiss manufacturer made it. It comprises quick connect tabs, while most barrier blocks in the market use screw terminals.

Anyone who knows where to buy it, please inform me.
