An unfortunate place to ask questions. Does any of you have information about the Z16C20 pinout, the available documentation is an illegible scan and I have doubts whether I read it correctly.

Thank you for the response. I know this document, its a bit better copy on datasheetarchive.com, but I still have a problem with pin identification 9, 10, 11, 22, 32 - (AD9, AD0, AD8, AD19, AD18)?
