z88dk support for s100 bus FPU

for s100 bus.

The co-processor is an AM9511 same as rc2014.  The issue is the board address

and conflicts with other h/w on the bus.  

It may likely be necessary to change the z88dk math interface code to accommodate

the s100 board.

Is there a way to do this ?
