Hi friends, actually I'm paying with EmulatorKit... Rom is an actual RomWBW, CP/M is running well... but is there a possibility to boot from floppy disk image? What driver is expecting?

DRIVER MODE: FDMODE_[DIO|ZETA|ZETA2|DIDE|N8|DIO3|RCSMC|RCWDC|DYNO|EPFDC|MBC]

Maybe EPFDC?

I have not tried it, but EPFDC looks like the correct choice based on a quick check of the EmulatorKit code.

Good morning Wayne, I made a new ROM with  EPFDC...

FD: MODE=EPFDC, IO=72, DRIVE 0, TYPE=3.5" HD
FD: MODE=EPFDC, IO=72, DRIVE 1, TYPE=3.5" HD

~/EmulatorKit$ ./rc2014 -s -r ../RomWBW/Binary/RCZ80_std.rom -b -F ../RomWBW/Binary/fd144_aztecc.img

FD: MODE=EPFDC IO=0x48FDC DOR 00 [AT/EISA SRST DSEN DSEL0]

looks ok after starting, but I get

What do you think? Is the floppy image in the right format?

I'm really not sure what is happening.  I have never tried to get EmulatorKit working with floppy emulation.  I will try to test this tomorrow and let you know how I do.
