Hi,

I'm sure that you may have come across my project elsewhere, but for anyone that hasn't (and is interested), you can find the code, documentation and project history for the Pico MZ-80K/A here:

TL;DR - it's a Raspberry Pi Pico (RP2040) and Pico 2 (RP2350) implementation of the Sharp MZ-80K and MZ-80A. The software currently runs on any of the Pimoroni VGA demo base (Pico or Pico 2), RC2014 Pi Pico VGA Terminal card (Pico only) or the self-contained RC2014 RP2040 VGA terminal card.

I'm looking to improve the emulator this winter and possibly extend it to emulate the Sharp MZ-700 as well (see the open issues for my plans).

I'd love feedback (good or bad) if anyone tries it out.

Tim.

I've recently extended the Pico MZ to support a minimal implementation of the MZ-700 series. Details here:
