Release 11.0.1

I've rolled out a minor update to the original release. This brings in
the latest fixes and updates to the underlying virtual machine, and
also adds the new F# and Android implementations. There are also a few
minor updates to the documentation. No changes have been made to the
core language or libraries in this release.

The next release will be 11.0.2 and will contain an updated set of
libraries along with any other developments that were left out of this
one. This should be ready in mid-September.
