I've finally started on the awaited overhaul of the docs. I'm using
reStructuredText this time, and will be able to offer the docs in more
formats. (For those who haven't heard of it, reStructuredText is a
human readable, plain text markup language, and can be converted into
various other formats easily.)

I am hoping to get the material from the current manual into the
development repo within the next few days, then work can begin on
expanding and cleaning up the existing content.

In the meantime, take a peek at RetroLanguage.rst in the current
development snapshots or on the github page.

The current version is now up at http://retroforth.org/RetroLanguage.html

It covers the majority of the material in the old manual, has some cleanups and expansions, and a little bit of new material.

Feedback is welcome.
